Blackened, tasteless
Bought this anchar based on a single five star review.The product was not as pictured. The anchar was black and tasteless, oily.Couldn’t review at time received cause Amazon did not offer review.

Absolutely delicious with quite a kick... use sparingly.
Can be used with all savory and curry dishes. Especially for Achar, Achaar, Kuchela, Anchar and South Asian Pickle lovers. This product was delivered well packaged. The product is enclosed in 2 layers of individually sealed plastic bags then placed inside the plastic jar. The mouth of the jar is sealed with aluminum foil under the lid. No worries about moisture lost or leakage during shipping. The mangoes were sliced lengthwise in 1/4 in strips then cut into shorter perfectly sized pieces. The product has a nice chewy consistency (Not too hard or too soft... Goldilocks morsels.) First you get sour, then spice and finally, everything nice. Did I mention I like this product and will purchase again?
