Best saffron on the market - works very well and you can start to feel its mood stabilising effects a week in. I feel more calm, relaxed and able to control my emotions. I also feel more present. Good value Saffron supplement..

I can't say I noticed any additional positive effects from taking this, actually it could be responsible for me feeling more down, contrary to other reviews. But who knows? Mood can be affected by so many things so if you want to try it, try it, but don't expect anything.

These are easy to swallow, and do actually seem to work. My mood has improved considerably since taking for a month, I can't say definitely it's down to the Saffron, but I will continue to take. Would recommend giving this a try.
