Q: Can you change the part in the wig?

Yes, to a certain degree but, l have a small hack l have used on other wigs. -take a qtip with your chosen scalp colored liquid make up and create your preferred artificial part. The hair is soft and curly and can and does look natural and be re-applied. -secondly l sew a bit o left over lace where l want a part and wigs l would have trashed are now part of my faves after a little redecorating. I planned to do a tutorial for girls like me, not that talented but need thar skill. Both are easy and not messy. I truly hope this helps. It is very full and dense. I have trimmed mine twice. Q: Can hair be straightened?

I don't believe you can. There is no instructions on amount of heat the wig can take.

Q: can you bleach the knots or would that be a bad idea?

I have not tried any chemical on it and it might not be a good idea. A personal hack l use is thin lines of scalp colored make up in places where l want another part. No harm to your scalp or wig. Good luck!
