The refill box says 'not suitable for air conditioned rooms' - does anyone know why?

Somehow I can not open the cap on the bottle ( I turned both way but neither of them worked)

Brilliant for your room.
Take this wherever we go abroad, when you go out of an evening, plug it in, turn off the aircon and leave the fan on to get good circulation. Lovely to sleep peacefully without a quick zzzzz going past your ear and then sitting up to try and find the mozzie. You've probably been bitten by then lol.

Got this for a holiday to Cape Verde. Had it plugged in for 2 weeks and still had mosquitoes in the room. Mosquitoes were bad tho so not sure if this helped or not

We have always used this and found it to work will in the room on holiday. Have used the spray along with it for when we are outside
