Great heater, bought to go in a gazebo heats up lovely and warm, especially like the saftey function if it gets knocked it shuts off immediately.

Amazing!! Got this on my balcony 6 floors up. Was using it at night in 2 degrees and was still to hot on the highest setting.

I wanted a good quality outdoor heater so paid the extra for this one.A good quality product - well made with remote controlThe product works fine, on its highest setting you will be as warm as toast if you are within five feet, guests further out were not feeling the effect, so doesn’t quite come up to it’s specifications.Disappointed for the price and cheaper options may be better value for money.

The product kept tripping off an external pug socket.. u then had to get an electrician in to wire it up properly (another 100pounds down) then the damn thing blew!! Brilliant £320 down the drain, customer services didn't want to know...

Bought to attach to the stand rather than permanently fit outside, and great because I can move it around/bring it in to heat the conservatory when not using outside. The Blade gives off some serious heat (the controls going up to 50), but the different levels allow you to find the heat that you need. It angles so that you can have it facing straight on, up or down dependent upon your need. Not used it with guests yet, only ourselves, and find that those sitting next to it feel the heat very strongly, whilst sitting further away the heat is less so, but I guess that is no different to any other heater. All in all, am very pleased with the purchase. The only downsides that I can see are (a) the lead is ok but would benefit from being longer and (b) as mentioned by other, the remote has a small field of effectiveness and needs to be aimed at one end of the Blade. I feel that it would give better range if it were on the front. But this is just nitpicky, and would not stop be buying again.
