High quality, immediate impact and noticeable difference.
We all know our bodies need minerals. Iron. Potassium. Calcium. These minerals we've heard about and know they are essential to good health and can be obtained in our diet despite some issues that we face in modern society making it hard to obtain them in optimal amounts . But what about trace minerals? While needed in very small amounts, these minerals provide the essential foundation for our health. Unfortunately, you're probably deficient in these minerals as our bodies need adequate minerals to function at their best. That's because between mineral depletion in our soils and crops, and the filtering of our water, we just don't get what we need naturally anymore.Mineral deficiency is affecting just about every part of our well-being, from how our cognition, to how we sleep, to how we feel on an everyday basis. To help remineralise our bodies, achieving and maintaining the ideal level of trace minerals that are just right because we know the profound impact it can have on our ability to live better every single day.The ConcenTrace branded trace minerals are available via liquid drops but also powder, I find this supplement very easy to apply to drinks despite being very difficult to take without water and should mention it does dissolve very quickly. If I had to give one main benefit from taking the trace minerals, it would be the mental clarity and helping to quiet a racing mind, I believe this is due to the highly bioavailable magnesium along with the other trace minerals.I take 2g a day, 1g in the morning and another 1g around midday. Yet to trial to see if it would effect me in the evening regarding sleep but would assume would work in that regard to relax and assist with a good nights sleep.Overall great supplement, a little on the expensive side but dose can be adjusted to 1g a day if you have good foundation in diet, stress management and sleep as these can contribute to depleting minerals. No scoop with the supplement but not a major concern, does live up to helping achieve adequate minerals and great addition to ones health protocol.Hope you found this helpful.

This is a fabulous trace minerals powder
This is a fabulous trace minerals powder that I use as an electrolyte when out walking or exercising. I just use a half a teaspoon in a litre of water with a squeeze of lemon and off I go. Much cheaper than buying ready-made sports drinks and the ConcenTrace doesn’t contain anything else, so I can add whatever I like and there are no hidden sugars, caffeine or additives which are so often added to sports drinks.

Good Quality
The media could not be loaded. Good quality trace minerals that dissolve easily in water or juice. After having sampled these trace minerals, I find that the recommended dosage of 2 grams does matter plain water taste slightly bitter.I prefer adding it to a sweet juice which masks the taste. Overall, they are good quality and dissolve without issue. It would have been nice if a measure meant spoon was included but this is a minor issue.

No ingredient list
There us no ingredient list on the pack, don’t trust it. Can not recommend it as god knows what is in it. Just mysterious 50 something minerals.

Not convinced
Whilst I agree that trace minerals are essential for health, and a deficiency can be potentially deadly, I can't really endorse a product that states 'plus over 68 other elements found in seawater' without them being listed and in what quantities. That's the equivalent of saying 'trust me' without backing it up.There are no instructions as to what to dissolve the powder in, and in what volume of liquid. The taste is exactly as you would expect - sea water - so it would be wise to suggest dissolving it in a flavoured liquid for those who are new to dietary supplements.I accept that recommended daily allowances (RDA) are below 100%, which I assume is to account for the fact that you can obtain the remaining allowances from your diet and/or can interfere with the absorption of other nutrients in higher doses.I don't often see Chloride listed in supplements, which is used in the body to balance electrolytes, so I am impressed with that.I am sure the intention is good - to promote health - but unfortunately, the details are too vague for my liking.

Great for adding to distilled water
I now distill all my drinking water. ConcenTrace's Ionic Trace Mineral Complex Powder is perfect for adding to my 4 litres of distilled water daily. Half a teaspoon contains over 72 ionic trace minerals. Now I'm sure that I'm drinking pure water with the right nutrients and minerals. Made in the UK. Recommended.

Mixed easily
Good for keto diets or for after exercise. Easy to mix with water (I prefer mine in sparkling water).

Excellent product
It would be helpful to have a list of some of the minerals and in what quantities it contains above and beyond what is on the label. However, besides that, it is excellent value for money and is a high quality product, and would recommend.
