DiSano coconut Milk, Vegan, No Added Sugar, 18% Fat, 200ml

I use the Disano Coconut milk for making Vietnamese coconut coffee (Cafe cot dua) , and I feel that it serves the purpose.The coconut milk is rich and creamy for consumption.I have tried it hot and cold. There are a few things I would like to point out. Whenever I have boiled this to make a hot coffee, there is a little white substance floating on top, that makes it look like the coconut milk has gone bad (like chena in cow milk), but it has never affected the taste of the coffee and it tastes as amazing as ever.I have a friend from Myanmar, who cooks a lot of coconut milk dishes so they shop a lot of coconut milk, but have never bought this one, even when I gave this to them once, so I doubt that maybe I am not the best judge for how this coconut milk will perform when cooked.I can vouch for the coffee though. I have added this to my subscription so that I receive one every month, so I receive it at a discounted price.So I feel this is very affordable and works great with coffee.I hope this review was informative. My Nutritionist has advised me to replace cow milk with Coconut Milk. I tried Disano Coconut Milk has a good flavour and easy to digest. Can be used to make smoothies and other receipies. The Only reason I deducted 1 star is because its price is too high. Request the company to reduce its price so that it becomes affordable to everyone.

I had 3 cartons stored in the fridge and used them in small quantities. Very very delicious. Not sure if preservatives were added but tasted like freshly prepared coconut milk. Elevated routine dishes to restaurant quality. Was super thick and lasted long without going bad. Great value for money.

Very expensive due to freight charges. Same thing available next door.

I have tried other coconut milks. This tastes and feels the most authentic. So I have purchased it 10+ times so far! Anyone that needs grinded coconut in their recipe can use this instead. I don't want to go through the hassle. Tastes great alone too. Thick consistency. Tastes great. Gives currys creamy consistency. My only suggestion to the producers is that they provide 100 ml packets instead of 200 ml. I usually only use half of one packet as it's plenty for one curry and freeze the other half in freezer. So if they can create the mini packets that would be great.

I though it would be made out of tender coconut. But by the taste one can easily tell that it is made out of dried coconut. So, the taste is not good, it tastes little rancid, like old dried coconut.

Bought it for using with chia seeds fruit pudding & suits very well because of its thick & creamy texture. Have used it with moong dal dessert as well. Came out very tasty. Most suitable product for all desserts. It is very reasonably priced, give it a try, won't regret it.
