Q: Is there any guarantee with this product?

That 100-night guarantee IS A GIANT LIE. I bought this pillow, tried it for 3 nights, found that it made my lower back injury worse because of the angle it tilts you up at, and when I tried to return it they said you can only send it back if it is unopened in the original package. HOW THE HELL ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO TRY IT OUT WITHOUT OPENING IT. Don't be conned--if the pillow works for you, then great--if it doesn't, you are screwed.

Q: Do you have to be at least 5'4" to use this pillow, I am only 5 feet tall?

The pillow is great it’s everything underneath the pillow that didn’t work for me and I’m 5 foot five

Q: Is it hard to turn or change position if your arm is in the tunnel?

MedCline is designed for left or right side sleeping. You are able to turn during the night, which might take a bit to get used to at first but once you have adjusted to the new sleep position, turning over is no longer an issue. There are a few different ways to position your arm to make turning over easier. You can also use your own head pillow, instead of the body pillow as you make the adjustment.
