This item was first returned because of possible slight defect which my 5 year old grandson found and it broke. However, Amazon was quick to do an exchange and another Stretch Monkey was sent back in a matter of a couple of days. Thank you Amazon for standing up behind what you sell.

This is the real monkee which is the only positive thing about it. The description and price reflect it is the large monkee. It is deceiving or a lie. The truth is it is the mini monkee. I would have returned it but my grandson wanted it so badly. That I let me have it and felt I was cheated as you can buy the mini for 20.00 not 50.00.That is the price for a grandmother who oves her grandchildren.

It's really a great kid pleaser, and yes, this is the YouTube/TicTok one!I bought 3 others until I found this. Yes it's more expensive, but it's well worth it in most respects. The others have different filling, so the flat Splat doesn't happen. And the feel is far different. They don't squish like this one. And that's the whole point.My only issue with this, is it's filling with air and/or it's leaking but we can't find a hole, nor do we see any sand.. so not exactly sure what's happening, but a little disappointed there. All in all, it was woth it to see him freak out when he opened it. 😏

nice toy for anyone looking for a stress reliever, VERY durable worth the money you pay, and is filled with a fine sand that gives a great experience, which goes great with the surprisingly soft And flexible rubber, me as well as other family members will catch our selves playing with this monkeman, another great thing is that it comes with a fine slab of smooth paper that gives you instructions on how to take care of the monke, making sure that your monkeman will bring many hours of playtime with your monkeman.

I didn’t know about this toy when I was a kid but it was something my husband always wanted so I started looking for it and I finally found it! Great quality, stretches a lot and it’s pretty heavy. He absolutely love it and mentioned it is exactly like the one he wanted when he was a kid!!!

It was fun while it lasted but monke ripped :( He was filled with very fine white sand, and was kinda easy to clean off my rug with a vacuum. I don’t think I stretched him THAT much, but I saw the arm slowly starting to rip before he exploded. I’m still giving this 3 stars because I think it was partially my fault, just make sure to stay under the 3x stretch limit or your monke will kaboom. (Also, the paint rips off very easily, only after one day of use he already lost around 25% of his paint. Please don’t go too rough on him.)
