Scratched
Replacement screen came perfectly wrapped with no signs of damage. Opened the screen and it was badly scratch (appears to be a manufacturer issue). Returned for refund. Refund process very straight forward. I'd score 5 stars for refund process.

Perfect Fit
The replacement touch screen was a perfect fit, and I didn't encounter any compatibility issues. It looked and felt just like the original screen. The installation process was relatively straightforward because I had some prior experience with DIY repairs, so it didn't take me long to replace the touch screen. Big thumb up for fast delivery too.
