I wish I had known about this tool 8 years ago. It makes filling the cartridge easy peasy!!! And it lines up the syringe nicely (it may take a couple of tries, but it works).

I had to figure it out with limited legible instructions and at first use, my syringe did not fit. i interpreted "snaps" to mean you click into place. However further examination revealed how to slide the syringe in from the bottom and use the snaps to retain the syringe. It lines up well enough and is very sturdy. No doubt I will get comfortable using it. Very good idea and product ...Just wish it fit the reservoir better.

This doesn't work. The alignment isn't perfect, and therefor bends the needle. There is no way to draw back on the plunger without it coming apart. The needle is not in the proper position to insert more than a very tiny fraction and therefor you cannot depress the plunger to fill the cartridge. I think this should be revamped by someone who uses the pump, there are many small details you can't know until you do it all the time.
