I have ordered flowers from Claire’s before on Mother’s Day This time on behalf of someone else for his partner my sister who was delighted with her surprise gift.The flowers was well wrapped up in box very fresh. Came looking fantastic two days after getting them for my wife they are starting to die

I was pleased with the quality of the flowers, looked very impressive at a reasonable price. They just about lasted a week but then again you don't know how long they have been prepared for and in transit. I would buy them again but probably only if they were on offer.

Only 11 roses arrived (out of 12 ordered) and one flower head had fallen off so my wife only had 10 proper roses. This is unacceptable! It was supposed to arrive on 13 Feb but it arrived on 12th instead - too early!

Bought these for Valentines day for the second year. These flowers arrived early(shame), but lasted 3 weeks. Very good value.

Flowers were dead on arrival ...

Bought these for my girlfriend twice now and both times they've looked fantastic. They look great which is so important with flowers as its so easy for them to look cheap. Really happy!
