Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 SM-F721U Factory Unlocked 128GB Graphite Excellent (Renewed)

I purchased this phone a while back and it has been amazing thus far and I have experienced no problems. I believe I purchased a refurbished one for a little bit cheaper, it came in pristine condition. I was able to activate it flawlessly with my carrier and I've had it ever since. The only down side to having this phone is finding good phone cases haha! I'm a big phone case girly so it's harder to find good phone cases but other than that, the phone itself is epic.

Order was delivered timely and was a gift. It looked brand new and worked great, for 3 weeks... half the screen stopped working. I requested a refund and mailed it back. No problem. I only got half of a refund. They apparently charge a restock fee. Now, why would you restock this phone with an unresponsive screen??? And charge me for it??? So buyer beware. Even if it's defective, you get charged for them to sell said defective item to a new buyer. Kind of shameful 😕

I was basically forced into buying a replacement Flip4 when my old phone suffered hinge damage after its one and only fall (design flaw?). Rather than spend $380 for the repair I decided to buy an Amazon renewed/refurbished phone at a significantly lower cost (made even lower thanks to some gift card $$$). I wasn't sure what to expect, but "excellent" condition turns out to be basically like new -there is no sign that this phone was ever used! The only brief moment of worry was when the phone started with AT&T (I had purchased an unlocked version since I am a T-Mobile customer)... but as soon as I popped my SIM card in, it recognized the new carrier and restarted with T-Mobile. A few hours of SmartSwitch transfer and customization later, I have "my" phone back. I can only hope not to drop it again, but if I do I am counting on the new case I bought which includes hinge protection to help me avoid another phone purchase. My next phone upgrade will definitely be with Amazon renewed.

A corner on the hinge was pretty damaged, but the phone case covers it up well. Everything else about the phone is perfect. I have yet to add it to uscellular so we shall see if it's legit unlocked. I will update if it is or isn't able to be activated.***Update *** the phone was NOT unlocked. Only works with T-mibile. I like the phone so much though I switched to T-mobile. So bad that it wasnt unlocked, but also not a terrible outcome.

Item was basically flawless no issues whatsoever unlocked to any carrier

The phone initially worked great when I bought it for my daughter. However, after just 1.5 months, a green line started appearing on the screen, followed by another. Unfortunately, it didn’t even last two months, unlike our previous flip phone, which worked well for two years. I had to find a replacement before returning it, which took some time, but when I finally did, I only received half of my refund. Overall, not worth the trouble.

This is the 1st time I've bought a refurbished phone for half the price of the same model new, and I couldn't be happier. Nothing about it seems used. Truly impossible to tell it wasn't new & unused. Still can't get the fingerprint scanner to work. Will keep trying. Really happy with the smaller size of a flip phone folded. Fits very nicely in my shirt pocket & the smaller size makes a belt-clip holster for it MUCH easier to use. Deal with the seat belt when I get in or out of my car.

My product arrived with the cover screen not operable or functioning. This initially pissed my off since Amazon stated that their premium and excellent refurbished items are tested before being sold. That was clearly a lie. However, I was able to contact Samsung, and the fix was low in price. Hope this helps your decision to purchase.
