Seems OK, time and comparison to other products will tell..
OK. For those who say it tastes and smells fishy and bitter - my first cup did smell a bit fishy but that is because I used freshly boiled water. After a quick Google I discovered that matcha should be made with water 80°c or lower! So I made a 2nd cup with the kettle water that had by then cooled quite a bit. And used a little less matcha powder..... Well, what a difference. The powder suspended into the liquid much more easily, fishy smell n taste was gone and much less sludge at bottom of cup .. I would suggest stirring it whilst drinking or I might invest in the proper bamboo whisk as that's designed to help suspend the matcha power in the water as matcha isn't supposed to fully dissolve .. and this product is not sheer - its very opaque - I'm not entirely sure how opaque match is supposed to be - if someone experienced with matcha could please advise me?As for the packaging - WHY is there such a HUGE bag for the matcha when the contents fill only just under 1/3 of the packaging?? I've included photos to show this .. packaging design is wasteful and takes up more space than is needed .. I now need to purchase a suitable container to store the matcha in. Overall though pretty pleased with my purchase - first ever time trying matcha - I will purchase a superior grade matcha sometime in future though to compare the quality to see if this product is really as much of a bargain as claimed ..

A quality product, at a good price.
I use this as a morning drink, mixed with or without milk and sometimes as the ingredient in a chai latte.

You get what you pay for
What can i say. This was cheap & it shows. Colour is dull green, not bright green & barely froths when wisked. Has a slight bitter taste.

Bargain powder that packs a punch!
Chuffed to bits with this Matcha..... doesn’t taste bitter at all (1teaspoon, make it into a paste with a little water in the mug, add the hot water and stir fully - a nice drink and great little caffeine hit pre gym plus a whole host of antioxidants and phytonutrients!) - £10 for 100g in TK MAXX! £9 for 250g here..... grab some and try is all I can say :) don’t buy if you don’t like the taste of green tea of course!

Good quality, affordable price
Really nice! Has a really light and fresh flavour compared to other cheap matcha, it definitely is a higher quality and I’ll be buying it again. Only issue I had was that my first bag came punctured, so I had to return it and repurchase.

Healthy, low in calories, good price!
Probably a bit more bitter than expected, however not adding too much powder/ diluting it with some milk has a pleasant flavour. Definetly worth the price! Tried both hot and cold.
