They are smaller than other ones i have purchased therefore easier to swallow for those who have problems. Am sharing with a friend and told my daughter about them.

I’ve tried many products like this one and I can’t really say that I see any difference in using this particular product or felt any different at all. That’s just my personal opinion, but I’ll let everyone be their own judge. I just won’t buy it anymore.

The nutritional information of the capsules is very clearly explained on the bottle as well as in the description in the product page. The capsules are filled with nothing except pure cold-pressed flaxseed oil which is a good natural source of omega3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. There is a small amount of vitamin E as well. The capsules are pure vegetarian and contain no artificial colors, sugars, preservatives, gluten, etc. This is a good alternative source of omega 3 fatty acids if you don't like them sourced from fish oils.
