This is exactly what I was looking for. A quality mirror , with great lighting options and the perfect magnetized magnifying mirror.For those who shared that the magnifying mirror was not staying in place, mine was doing that as well but when I placed on the mirror with the power button at the top, no problem at all! It does not budge.Highly recommend!

This is a luxury product that is well-made, thoughtfully designed and packaged like an Apple product - a joy to open and set up. It includes a dust bag for the magnifying mirror and a suede-like cleansing cloth. It’s heavy. Setup was a breeze - no sticking in screwing in the base, and the magnetic fittings that enable multiple positions snapped together cleanly. I’m thrilled with it. I got the black mirror, and it is elegant.

I wanted to love this, it looks so cool. But the magnet element to attach the mirror to base was apparently not as strong as I'd thought- mirror fell off and broke after a couple of uses.But a few other thoughts...I love the 10x magnification mirror and size. Problem, however, is that it has no light around it, so regardless of where on big light it was situated, it was never bright enough.I'll try a different lighted magnifying mirror to replace it, not worth the super high price in my opinion.

This mirror just screams quality - from the packaging to the weight and materials, this has luxury written all over it. It comes with a mirror, a metal base, a metal rod that connects the base to the mirror, a small magnetic 7x mirror, a charging cable, and a carrying bag. It is made to be the perfect gift.There are 2 buttons on the face of the mirror - one that controls the power and brightness, and one that controls the light color. There are 3 light colors, ranging from bright white to warm white. If you hold down the power button, the light intensity can be adjusted up or down. It's all really nifty. Even when you turn the mirror off, it sort of powers down from bright, to dim, to off.The base is very sturdy and so is the magnet that attaches to the socket of the mirror. The two pieces fit like a hip socket and you can oscillate the mirror in any direction you want. The magnet holds the position of the mirror wherever you place it. The functionality is amazing.The one thing I encountered was that the 7x magnet backed mirror doesn't stay in place on the face of the main mirror. It just gradually slides down with gravity no matter where I place it. The 7x mirror is made of plastic and is therefore lightweight, so the magnet really should be able to keep it in place. However, that was not my experience.Overall, this is a really great luxury mirror that is definitely cooler and more versatile than your standard vanity mirror. You really only need to charge it maybe once per week if you use it for morning makeup daily. I love that you can unplug it and take it wherever you are going in the house because it can hold a charge.

I was pretty skeptical when selecting this product for review that it would live up to its price tag. Turns out, I needn't have worried - this really is one of the nicest makeup mirrors on the market. If you spend a lot of time looking at yours each day, you'll really appreciate all the fine touches this one offers; it's an object that's satisfying to use each time you interact with it.The experience starts with the premium packaging - unboxing it feels like you've purchased a luxury product, with a satisfyingly solid clamshell case and nicely packaged accessories. The mirror unit itself is equally nice, with premium materials and finishes throughout.The mounting system for this is the biggest part of what makes it unique. The back of the mirror has a ball-and-socket joint that operates entirely via magnetism, which means you can angle and rotate the mirror any angle you want to at a moment's notice. There's no need to loosen a set screw or pull on any levers - you just grasp the mirror and move it to whatever angle you need. It's a total game changer.The lighting on the mirror is also excellent, with adjustable brightness and three color temperatures so you can see yourself in warm red, neutral or cold blue lighting. There were a few times I wished the brightness peaked just a tiny bit brighter, but in general it's perfect for seeing what you're doing without being too bright for your eyes to adjust.The square magnification mirror snaps onto the mirror face as an additional magnet. It's okay, but maybe the weakest part of this set - there's noting particularly notable or unique about it. I find myself mostly using the primary mirror, and wish there was a convenient place to store the magnifier when not in use other than in a separate pouch.The one thing you should be aware of is that this is a big mirror once fully assembled. The pole and base it comes with consumes a fair amount of counter space, and it doesn't collapse for storage, so you're committing to this thing as part of your vanity when you adopt it into your life. One wish I have is for a wall-mount accessory, so you could mount a slightly shorter version of the pole on your side wall and get it up off the countertop to free more room for all the personal care products you're using the mirror to apply.All in all, I think LUNA has a winner on their hands with this product. This is the sort of product that would sell itself in a high end makeup store, because you could see and feel just how high quality it is before purchasing it. Online, it's a bit more challenging to get across the premium feeling, but I really do feel that this justifies the price. If you're the sort of person who has splurged on a Dyson hair dryer, this will give you that same level of satisfaction in your makeup mirror. Highly recommended.

Purchased back in December but the light will no longer hold a charge. The base itself is wobbly and sometimes the magnifying mirror just falls right off without being touched or moved. Consider buying something else...
