I love this facial cleansing product it cleans every part of my face and also I use it for my neck too. The vibrating mode gives massage and makes my skin smooth and glow.

Worked through one charge and now it will not turn on. Seems like it works just long enough that you can’t return it because it’s a few days past the return window. Please do not but this product. It was very expensive and is nothing but junk!!! It is so disappointing to me that Amazon would allow this to happen to its loyal customers.

I bought my 1st Clarisonic when they first came on the market at QVC. After 10 years of daily use, the battery wouldn’t hold a charge, so I bought my 2nd one. I’ve always loved it and my dermatologist says it’s responsible for my great skin. Since the company was sold to L’Oreal I wanted to have a backup for when this battery fails to hold a charge, so I ordered one from Amazon. Problem is the same as others have reported. The brush head will not come off for cleaning. After asking a series of people to try to remove it, all unsuccessfully, I returned it to Amazon. I’m really upset that L’Oreal drove this wonderful product into the ground.

If you want clean flawless skin. This tool has to be in your arsenal. I have had a Clarisonic since I was 25. I have to replace them literally every 10 -12 years. They are built to last. Just keep to date with your attachments. But more importantly your skin will be radiant with the proper cleanser. That’s another secret! But, think about the value of using this cleaning tool twice a day for at least 10 years. That’s an amazing value and well worth it to your skin! It’s not on great with the face for your daily cleansing routine, try in the shower and also with scrubbing and exfoliating treatments! It’s very versatile again it’s all in the attachments!

Do not buy this!! I had my previous Clarisonic for a decade with no problems, but I decided to replace it because it wasn’t holding a charge as well as it once did, and boy do I regret it! This is crap and after it ran through the first charge it stopped turning on and off properly and I can’t make it work. It’s really such a scam that it works just long enough that you can’t return it. Super frustrated and disappointed.

I love my. Clarisonic and have been using it for years. My old one the charger broke so I wasn’t able to charge it anymore so I bought a new one. The new one I bought just stopped working so I had to repurchase it, which I did because I love my Clarisonic.

I have used a Clarisonic Facial Cleasing Brush Since 2004. My old one wearing out after after all these years and I have to have another.
