I totally ruined a 72 hour fast by taking this to replace electrolytes without reading the label. Maltodextrin, which is the sweetener here, spikes insulin. This not only ruins a fast if you're goals are stem cell and immune system renewel, but repeated small hits of Maltodextrin can train your body to chase the spike-crash cycle through intense sugar cravings (one of the things I was trying to train my body out of with the prolonged fast)So, although these are (in my opinion) the best tasting electrolytes drink by far- they aren't good if you've got some health goals. Probably also not good for diabetic issues.

I love sqwincher! I've used this stuff for several years, almost a decade! It's gotten me through deployments in the Middle East and for my husband while he did training in the desert. We love to use it to stay hydrated without all the sugary stuff. I will always recommend! It says mix in 20oz of water, but a basic water bottle size of 16.9oz is honestly the perfect amount of water. Enjoy ☺️

These are excellent packets of flavor. They taste great, no bad aftertaste and even smell wonderful. They remind me of grape soda (without the fizz), except they can be adjusted to be as light or as intense as you desire. To be clear, if you use bad tasting water, these will not fix the taste of the water, but with clean tasting water, they are amazingly refreshing. Excellent product! I have it on a monthly subscription I like it so much! Great value!

Use for work and workouts and hikes, gives lots of energy with out all the sugars and additives 🇺🇸

Although I absolutely love Squincher’s Fruit Punch flavor, I decided to try the “Arnold Palmer”.Now, usually, Arnold Palmers are my go to whenever we go out to restaurants, but Squincher’s take on it tastes more like a lemon-lime Gatorade. So although I was a bit disappointed, it still isn’t bad and definitely quenches the thirstiest of thirsts.💯

Absolutely love these! They're super convenient—just toss one in my water bottle, shake, and I'm good to go. The fruit punch flavor is tasty without being too sweet, and I appreciate that they're sugar-free. Perfect for staying hydrated during workouts or hot days.

The cool citrus tastes like Fresca! Grape and fruit punch are also good. 10/10 will purchase again.
