This shed was delivered in very good condition. It was very well packaged on one pallet. The shed itself weighed 1300lbs. The only drawback to this was I had to store it in the garage as the delivery people couldn’t get it to the backyard. It took almost a half a morning to unpack and move to the backyard. I did the assembly of this shed by myself, I would recommend another pair of hands.🙌 it would make it go much faster. It took another day for me to put up the four sides, I have yet to put up the roof. From what I have observed, this shed is very well designed with solid material. The wood was cut precisely, I just wished they marked them. That would have save a lot of time. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.Only two boards were missing (48”). I happened to have extra boards and just cut one in half. I ended up with one 2x4x8”. i think that this was the missing piece. So everything came in the package. The only thing that I ended throwing away was the pallet it came on.Revised: I probably over engineered this but used 3” screws to screw the 2x4 together and also used 41/2” anchor bolts to anchor the shed to my foundation. The roof is now up but I still have to put down the felt paper and shingles. Overall it was a fun project and provides me with a little insight into how a house is put together. Next will be to paint and run power to this shed and installing an A/c unit and some lights for it.I recommend this shed! It is sturdy and very solid! As long as you caulk and protect the seams this shed should not have any issue.

I was surprised at the good quality of wood in the kit. This was my first experience with Handy Home and did not know what to expect.You definitely need some basic skills (or help) for assembly but instructions were excellent, the order of assembly left little room for error and the end result looks great!Extra package material was a bonus and I have that wood left over for a few shelves.I priced options with and without floor and I would recommend buying kit with floor -- the materials were about 10% cheaper than if I had to make my own floor from the lumber store.

This shed was the worst experience ever. The delivery was horrible it took hours they didn’t have the right equipment to get it off the truck as it was very heavy and they broke the palate and had to drop it on the floor so the packaging busted and wood went everywhere and they just took off. I had to go rent a U-Haul trailer to take it piece by piece to storage instead of being able to leave it in the correct weather proof packaging as I wasn’t going to be able to build it that same month. I spent over 150 dollars on that that day and since I live in a very humid state by the next morning most of the wood had already warped and was unusable! The board were so cheap the rotted within a day of high humidity and were so unsuable that I had to go buy new wood. I have spent hundreds of extra dollars to be able to build it and I’m not even done yet, I’ve been trying to build for a while but having to sort boards and rebuy had been a hassle. Nails and screws are cheap. It was not worth the money and contacting the company seems impossible as they have very limited hours and no way to reach them on Amazon. Instead look for a local company on Facebook to buy it from and they build it for you and it is even cheaper!

The media could not be loaded. Just to be perfectly clear: the product is a great product. It's sturdy, it has somewhat decent hardware included (we upgraded to better screws which was our own decision), and the included assembly instructions were extremely detailed and clear. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a shed. It took three days to assemble with a 2-man crew, which did not include painting (another full day). The pictures included in this review show the final product completely painted, and I really am happy with the overall quality.Here's the downside: the delivery was horrendous. Absolutely stupid. Please see the video on how it came off the truck. The entire product comes on ONE 4x8 pallet, and it's heavy, and it's hard to move, and if you don't have the right tools to move it, the video is the results. Please note: nothing was broken here; no piece of wood was splintered, the OSB boards were intact, and the windows were perfectly fine. The entire product was packed so well and so tightly, no piece had an opportunity to shift and become damaged. The delivery service is called NSD, and I was provided their phone number through Amazon support. I've called numerous times and left my number with the automated machine for a call back, and I've never been able to talk with anyone. No response. I would say this company - NSD - is not a company you want to work with nor deliver your/this product. If you have a choice, find another way to get this shipped to your home.Overall: the product is solid and worth the cost. The delivery is a very, very large issue to deal with.

Assure your placement is as level as possible!! Otherwise, took us about 5 days to completely assemble. Arrived in great condition!Does not include roofing other than the plywood base.Takes approximately 6 bundles of shingles. And we painted ours to match our home. Arrived tan and with cream trim. We are delighted with results!.Need at least 4 people to easily assemble!Sturdy and great value!For some reason ... can't post a photo!

The delivery date and actual delivery was frustrating at times, but after I received this shed it went together without issue. Good quality shed

The book with the instructions have so many different ways to put it together with no rhyme or reason as to what goes with what. This has been a nightmare for us. Definitely will never try to do this again, EVER! Just buy one already built or have a carpenter put it together for you. Save yourself some real headaches!!
