The plate is loverly and quiet. Am able to use it while others are in bed. In saying that it’s essential you make sure it’s 4 feet are all firmly on the floor. Goes without saying really . Programmes are effective and work well. I have been using mine every other day since I got it and it’s made a difference. I am diabetic and wanted something I could use instead of going for a walk/ run after a meal. To help maintain my glucose. This fit the bill to a tee

Excellent customer service. First machine broke on 3rd use but company responded very quickly to my email and a replacement arrived within a couple of days. No problems with replacement. (With the first machine the electrical connection never felt as though it was fully pushed in but new machine the connection seems to be fully engaged.)You can certainly feel it working areas that maybe don't normally get much exercise. Only time will tell it it does tone my hips and bum. Could probably do with more exercise instructions but there are videos on You Tube. Easy to use.Great price compared with similar machines.

First things first - remote looks cheap and nasty and having read reviews that it doesn't always work I'm not using it. You can operate it from the machine itself so it's only a problem if you can't bend to reach the machine. Otherwise this seems like a sturdy machine. There is a wide choice of programs to suit all users at different vibration levels. Having used hardcore power plates this compares favourably. If you're expecting the same standard as the power plates you see in gyms and health clubs you will be disappointed but the price itself should tell you this is a much lighter, more portable version, although it still weighs approx. 16kg. You need to be exercising regularly already and eating healthily to get the best results but I would say it's definitely worth the money. The kids have fun using it too! Check out YouTube for basic power plate exercises as the leaflet supplied with it is not that helpful.

After reading reviews and watching the video on YouTube, I chose this one. Very powerful even on first setting, I use the preset programs and my head feels like it’s going to fall off. The whole family use it and it helps with my restless leg and hip syndrome. I’m a nurse and it sooths my feet after a 12 hour shift

Even although it only cost £100, I have to say that it’s value for money. Very easy to set up and use. Have used it for a few weeks now and I’m very happy with the quality of it. You really feel the wobble at the higher speeds. You feel like you’ve had a great workout.

I am a heifer, that's official, I used to be a Goddess, I bought this wobble thing in the hope that I could attain pre-menopausal Goddess-statues, it hasn't worked so far, but I bought it six months ago and have used it twice as evidently I am even too lazy to just stand still, in one place, and feel my fat well..wobble. It's unnerving let me tell you. I am going to stand on this sea-sickness-inducing monster every day for a month and report back. Honestly I will...where's the wine....

A great product I would buy again. It makes a difference to your health & fitness. I use it to loosen up after lifting weights. I bought it in December 2021. It made a small squeaking sound in February 2022. I ignored this as it was not that bad. Recently It has been getting louder. So at the time of writing this review Aug 2022 the squeaking is loud that I have to turn the volume on the TV up. I contacted the seller for what my options were and they said it is outside the replacement or refund period. I asked the seller SDE if they can offer a repair, they replied they do not offer this service. I am not a lawyer but I am sure there are warranties in the uk for this sort of thing. Like the consumer rights act 1987. I cannot help but feel ripped off. Is SDE & Mirafit the same company ?.
