I've been buying these for about a year, and they work wonders. My sleep used to be terrible before my friend recommended I try magnesium and zinc supplements. After 2-3 different brands, I found these, and I've been buying them ever since.

This is a great value on a good magnesium supplement. This gummy tastes great and has several different kinds of magnesium in it. When I take magnesium I tend to sleep better and my stomach stays better regulated. With our depleted diets these days it's important to make sure we get a good range of minerals and vitamins in our bodies. This is just one way for me to try and make my health journey a bit easier.

Being entirely against that as we didn’t want him dependent on medication, I started researching ways to naturally help support his mental health and development. Along with some adjustments to his screen use and exercise, this has helped immensely to improve his focus and overall fidgeting while at school. He is getting less notes from his teacher about behavior and he seems much more relaxed throughout the day. The only downside is that the gummies stick together. Not a deal breaker with how great they taste and how well they work. Highly recommend.

I think these taste great. I also like the firm texture. I take at night for help with sleep and cognitive function the next day.

These gummies are easier on my system than regular capsules. I usually take them during the meal and that helps keep my system from negative effects. The negative effect I had is very loose stools and cramping at times. Not as bad with the gummies.

They loosen your stool.I used to sleep.

They taste great and love that they have additional vitamins in them such as b12 and zinc. Perfect for what I need. It’s always a little nerve wracking buying vitamins and supplements since they aren’t regulated by the FDA, so I am putting my trust that these are legit and good, but there is never 100% certainty with any random companies you buy from.
