This is the real deal! Love it. Great price. Go ahead try to find this product else where at this price. You won't. Taste is just like at the restaurant. Check out the ingredients, because they are healthy for us. Quality ids great, nice and fresh and slightly crunchy, which is how it should be. I like the color as well, no dyes in it and natural. I should have listened and paid attention to all the reviews. I am here to tell you, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT purchase this!!! Has an extremely chemical taste. DOES NOT taste like ginger at all! I am so disappointed and mad at myself for wasting my money. There is literally nothing to describe the taste to other than perfumey/chemical. I will be reviewing other ginger products or asking ACTUAL sushi restaurants what they use because this is absolutely no good. If I wasn't worried I might pass away tonight from severe chemical intake trying this out then it would be in the garbage but I need someone to see what caused me what to pass away from. PLEASE do yourself a favor and your wallet and do your research. This isn't even edible. I am not kidding you whatsoever.
