Serves the purpose.

This is a gift for a good friend who has Lopus and she loves it.

Tells you how to turn on and off but not how to use it! Had to search through the internet on how to use ,plastic bags, gloves etc supplied with the machine. Also spoke with my physiotherapist to explain what to do!

Unit works well. Heats fairly quickly and easy to use, Instructions are a bit tricky but can be figured out. I’m not a fan of the scented wax, will be getting unscented wax. I do like that I can switch to a deeper basin as my hands do not fit the bottom unit well. However it doesn’t come with enough wax to really use the deeper basin so will get a larger quantity of wax when I replace the wax it came with

I purchased this unit for it's size, the two vat options, digital temperature control, and the included wax, bags & mitts for hands and feet. It is wonderful! Per directions, I wash my hands and then use a moisturizer. Dipping each hand in the heated wax 3-5 then sliding my hands into the provided plastic bags followed by the hand mitt gives me a good 15-20 minutes of ahhhhhhh time. I had a repetitive motion hand injury last fall and my hand had ached since after even brief use. Anecdotally I can say using this has helped so much. I did twice a day for the first few days. Then once a day after that. My hands feel so much better. I did add more wax to what was provided to fill the well a bit more so I could submerge my hand when I dipped. Don't forget to remove your watch and rings. I haven't used the foot option.

Really works be sure to purchase additional wax bars . It gets hot and stays heated while on. Clean lines on this good looking wax bath for feet and hands.

The media could not be loaded. I had to move this to another room so it won't keep me up at night, since there is a very clear high-pitched tone coming from the area where the plug goes in. The only way to stop the tone is to unplug it and when you do you can hear the tone from the beep circuit disconnecting...Also, the directions are unclear. I worked in IT doing technical writing and this would get me fired.One positive, if you only use the ABS holder, clean up is a breeze.
