This Magnesium L-Threonate Supplement arrived well-sealed and contained 120 Capsules, with one Serving being 4 Capsules. The Capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a bad Aftertaste.This Supplement is straightforward and contains 60mg of Vit C, 10mcg (400IU) of Vit D3 and 144mg of Magnesium L-Threonate.I never knew there were so many different Types of Magnesium and that this L-Threonate is great for the Brain. My Personal Experience is that this Supplement does make me more attentive and focused on Task. Overall, I like this Supplement, though it’s a bit Pricy for a 30-Day Supply, if one is to take 4 Capsules a Day.

Best magnesium for absorption are the threonate and the glycinate formulas. Threonate can cross the blood brain barrier and help with sleep as well as helping with bone building and cell nutrition. Other magnesiums like citrate have moderate absorption and are cheaper but work great for constipation. Magtein is the premiere brand for threonate and is licensed in other great brands like Mercola, Life Extension etc. So i decided to get it from the original manufacturer.

Did not like that the capsules are unmarked, filled with a white powder. Given that anything can be counterfeit these days, I’m not comfortable ingesting these. This product came with good reviews, and container was sealed….just concerned that anything could be tampered with.
