This is a bit pricey, but when you consider that it lasts for 2 months and provides a quality, food-based source of nutrients, I feel it is worth it. I try to find supplements that provide nutrition through more natural sources, so I was happy to find this. I prefer to get as much nutrition as possible through diet. I am happy to have this to fill in the gaps. I appreciate that it does not have junk added to this, but wish it specified whether it was non-GMO or not. Overall, I am pleased with this as a nutrient bump on days that I may not get what I need through diet.
