This chair is very comfortable and easy to put together. There is a small stain on the seat fabric but not noticeable enough for me to consider returning. The chair parts were packaged very well so I think the stain happened during the manufacturing process. Overall a good quality chair for the price!

I bought this chair after I had back surgery, and needed a work chair that would be comfortable and supportive. I like the firm seat, that provides a stable foundation and then the gentle curve of the backrest that allows me to sit tall and comfortably. I definitely appreciate that the up-down lever can be locked: no sudden jerks and drops!The chair was very easy to assemble, and when finished I was happy with how sturdy and stable it is. The wheels are really nice, they don't stick at all and are truly multi-directional. Admittedly it took me a an hour or so to get used to the zoom of the wheels, they're pretty fast on a wood floor!The arms raise, which is nice, I actually put them up so I can push the chair further into my desk for storage.I'm happy with this chair. It's functional and has all the features I need. It's not pretty or fashionable, but it's not ugly either. Plus, it didn't cost a fortune.

I needed a new chair to go with with my new desk. I had already spent quite a bit on the desk, so I didn't have a lot left to buy a new chair, but I really needed one with adjustable height. I saw this one. It had all the features I was looking for and the price was right. What I especially is that it was so quick and easy to assemble. I've been using it for a couple of months now and love it. It is quiet, rolls well on a chair mat. The adjustment features are easy to use to get the right height. I have lower back issues and the back on this is working perfectly for me. It is a great value for the price.

I have a very small space for a chair. This chair fits exactly perfect in that space. It is comfortable. I like the fact that I can change the lumbar setting in the back also. It was easy to assemble. I like the fact that the arms can be either up or down on the sides of the chair. That makes it easier to get out of in the small space that I have. I would buy this chair again.

We have been looking for a comfortable office chair for both our desk and at a craft desk. After looking at office supply stores and not finding anything reasonably priced and of good quality, we found this chair listed on Amazon. We liked the first one so much that we bought a second one for our other desk. It was delivered within a couple of days and the assembly was straight forward and the chair was in use within 15 minutes. It has been in use now for over a month and it is sturdy, quiet as it swivels, and very comfortable for spending long periods at the desk. And the price was over $20 cheaper than the least expensive and uncomfortable chairs at the office stores. I highly recommend them for anyone who spends a lot of time at an office desk.

Overall the chair has been fine. It doesn’t get a ton of use. That’s why I was surprised that, a few days ago, one of the armrests became floppy. One of the things I liked about the chair was that I could push the armrests up and they’d stay there when I didn’t need them or so I could avoid them or push the chair farther under the desk. But recently one of the arms became loose and will no longer stay in the upright position. I push it up, it flops down with little or no encouragement. I’ve searched for a way to tighten it but there are no exposed screws or bolts. I should add that I’ve had the chair about a year but it has light use. Maybe an hour at a time, 2-3 days a week.

Well I do, love this chair that is. I actually purchased this chair not to replace my existing chair, but because I needed a second chair (I use one at my desk, and the 2nd for moving around my studio to access my music gear with ease). The intention was to use this chair as my secondary chair for moving about, but it arrived, I put it together (super easy assembly, very intuitive design by the way) and after sitting in it for a few minutes... I knew, this was the chair to end all chairs. I've sat in chairs that cost three times more than this chair that weren't even half as comfortable, I'm still in shock by how cheap this chair is considering how high quality all of the components are.... the plastic on this chair isn't cheap flimsy plastic, this stuff is rock solid. To top off the impressive quality of these chairs (bought two, one for me, one for my better half) they are as gorgeous as they are functional. Though I've only owned these chairs for a little over a week now, I can say that thus far, I've found no faults. If you want comfort, I'm talking REAL comfort, while maintaining a sleek, designer appeal, look no further, you have found THE chair.
