1. Superb coffee flavor after rinsing these filters. 2. Easy clean up. 3. Low price compared to other "gourmet" filters. 4. Fits perfectly in the inexpensive Melitta 2-cup (#2) or 4-cup (#4) drippers. You can buy more expensive filters, but you won't get any better coffee. IMHO Melitta single-cup coffee, correctly brewed with Melitta filters, is the best paper filter coffee you can make. I have the other popular single-cup drippers and filters from Japan and Massachusetts. That gear is now in my kitchen coffee cabinet. I keep coming back to these superb Melitta filters. The best there is. 5-Stars!

Great filters from Melitta that make great coffee. Nothing more needs to be said.Buying in bulk results in a great per-filter price.PS....make sure you get the right size for your coffee maker.

I was curious about Melitta's advertising, that is, whether it was hype. I bought a single pack of 100, and then this 6-pack! There was immediately one obvious difference between Melitta and others such as TJ and W-M. Melittas fit the holder more tightly- so no water could drip down the sides of the holder without going thru the coffee/filter. It's amazing because if you just hold up a dry Melitta filter right on one of the others, they do appear to be exactly the same size. My own coffee maker drips through a center single hole from the water into the filter, rather than in a multiple set of holes, so that distinction may cause no difference, but it's interesting nonetheless.

These filters are the perfect size to fit my pour over, and they stay intact without ripping or the sides falling over. Quality product.

There are two listings of these on Amazon (there was a $7 difference at the time of this review). I have ordered both listings and they are the same. This one is for the cheaper listing. It is 600 total (six boxes with 100 each). I have never had trouble with these. Some complain that the filter collapses. That is the case no matter the filter (I have tried numerous different types). I highly recommend these.

Classic, brown #2 type filters. I haven't had a blowout since I started folding the bottom and side. This helps the filter fit in the pour over better, and reinforces those edges. I like knowing there's no bleach involved. Best price, even when compared to many generics.
