I’m more than happy with this supplement, I love the packaging, the leaflet it comes with is informative and really helpful.I recently switched to liquid supplements as I’ve read they absorb quicker and better. This vitamin D has the addition of K2, which is great, you can adjust the dosage yourself, it tastes nice in my opinion.I have seen similar supplements for better price, however I’m not sure whether they would be of the same quality - this product is definitely a great quality and it’s made in UK.I can 100% recommend this supplement, it is worth the price in my opinion.

I take vitamin D year round as I suffer with a deficiency and know pretty quickly if my levels are getting low as I suffer with more joint pain. Likewise if a product is not delivering the dose advertised my symptoms return so I know it’s not a good quality product. Although this is a lower dose product than I’ve been using the fact that it is better absorbed means a lower dose is effective and actually is comparable to other products in price. The product suggests you spray it into the inside of your cheek although the listing says sub lingual- under the tongue. It is really quite oily feeling/tasting but the flavour is overwhelmingly of strawberry and isn’t unpleasant. I would continue to but this is future. The product is also really nicely packaged which add to the overall quality feel and confidence in the product to work.

The taste is very pleasant. However one spray is only 1,000ius of vit d3 which isn't very much. At least 4 sprays are needed for optimal absorption.

This vitamin spray arrived in some suitably funky looking card packaging, which definitely helped solidify that this was a quality product. The spray dispenses easily, doesnt leak and is super easy to pump and use. The perks being I don't need to take tablets to get my winter dose of vitamin D.Taste is subtle, and not overpowering.

I find most supplement capsules to be too big and often uncomfortable to swallow, a spray is a welcome alternative to my daily doses.
