Chains missing
Wish I’d seen these reviews. Was on holiday and this system was on the rental bikes we had, very useful and not at all bulky. Thought would be brilliant idea to have on bikes at home so ordered us both a set. Just back from holiday and only the locks have arrived. Just queried when the chains will be sent to complete the purchase, will update when I get a reply. They won’t be any use without the chain as it’ll be back to bulky storage of separate chains and locks, disappointed. If no chains, then they will be returned due to false advertising of product.

Please listen to what other reviewers say and do not buy this. It is advertised to come with the chain as well as the lock, however the chain is not included
