I am an elementary school librarian & my TK & kinder kids love this auther & this book

What could be better than an interactive book that is so much fun and helps kids learn?! I am an elementary music teacher and I love, love, LOVE this book! Truth be told, I was a little jealous that the art teachers had such fun books to illustrate primary colors and size (Press Here by the same author--also highly recommended) and was tickled pink when this book was published. The author and illustrator use dots to represent pitch (high and low), rhythm (duration), dynamics (loud and quiet), and more...and it's all so fun! My students love it, and there are many, many other music teacher friends of mine who have bought this on my recommendation and love it just as well. I would definitely recommend this for teachers and anyone who works with and reads to children.

I gave this to a child who was a little behind in learning to talk. The child loves it! It's the most "chatty" I've ever seen them. They point to and repeat each noise with enthusiasm!

My kiddos didn’t like this book as much as “Press Here,” by the same author, but they still giggle when we read it and enjoy the silliness of the book.

I got this book for my child who has apraxia of speech. It’s a Christmas gift so he hasn’t seen it yet but I did get a change to skim through it and this is such a wonderful book to help encourage sounds and motor planning for producing sounds.

This was such a cute book and the 4 year old recipient LOVED it! I adore "The Book with No Pictures" and felt this was similar in a lot of ways, and perhaps especially good for kids who might be too young to truly appreciate that one yet. Adorable & fun!
