Makes the cloth damp after use
We prefer to wear warm clothes but it defeats that purpose .Definitely suitable to remove creases from delicate clothes as press iron can burn them . Not sure about it's germ's killing capability as the clothes feel kind of cold after the steam .I am still astounded as to how no one mentioned the dampening issue on their reviews. And it's just not damp on one or two spot but the whole garment gets evenly wet due to the steam . And yes no return policy(sneaky) so should have seen it coming .
