I am a therapist and I use and recommend this gratitude journal to my clients. The prompts are perfect. The quality and feel of the journal a nice.

I purchased this on the advice of my counselor. However, I am not good at consistently writing in it. The journal contains prompts. The same prompts for each day of the year. It sits beside my recliner in plain site, but I have never been good at journaling.

It's not bad, not great. Smaller than I thought so there's not a lot of room to write your goals. Needs to be bigger and more options.

I love this journal because it’s not extensive journals entries and focuses on gratitude and small things. It’s great for someone just getting into journaling because it doesn’t feel overwhelming.

This is a great little journal to start and end your day. The quotes on each page are nice and uplifting but not TOO cheesy. The pages are undated so you can use it as you like, skipping a couple days here and there without wasting pages. The “prompts” are easy and allow for quick one word answers if you want to use it but are crunched for time or more detailed responses if you have a few extra min to detail it out.The cover is really minimal and looks great sitting out without looking like a journal or diary. The cloth covering on the cover is also really great quality and soft so it could be a good coffee table book. Honestly, I think this would make an amazing gift for a college kid or high school student too.
