Love this fan, good quality, easy installation, works fantastic

I recently upgraded the fan in my restaurant to the Ceiling Fan with Lights, and it has made a noticeable difference! The modern design complements the decor perfectly, and the dimmable LED light creates a great ambiance. The quiet DC motor ensures a comfortable dining experience for my customers, and the remote control makes it easy to adjust settings on the fly.

So far I love this fan! Fan is great but instructions suck! If you a little handy the fan is worth it.

This was an excellent buy. It looks nice and completely cools the room. Air low is amazing and it's very quiet.

The media could not be loaded. The product istallation pamphlet included in the purchase was poorly composed. Should had immediately sent back when the cover letter was not proof read. the description stated product was for sloped ceiling which was not accurate as the cover did not fit appropriately to give ample room to install with out making noise. The fan wabbles immensely, removed the blades and reinstalled using the anchor weight with no improvement. The fan was installed by a certified electrician due to using a down road for slope ceiling, glad i was not paying by the hour as it took over 4 hrs with no improvement of wobble. Sent email to seller asking for better instructions on installation and he replied in email to watch a video which was terrible and called me "DEAR". How unprofessional and I do not care what part of the world the seller is in that is not appropriate. Terrible product, poor and disrespectful to customer. Shame on you. I would send back, the wires were cut by the electrician to rewire to use with the downroad. The fan/lights operate but very poorly. Bad description/bad product.

I'll start with what I wasn't that happy with. The first couple of issues are small, but it's the little things. First it doesn't come with light bulbs and second the screw that hold the upper cover on are solver and visible. It would have been nice if those screw were the same color as the cover. The next couple of items were annoying. The instruction manual is terrible. Basically bad thumbnail pictures with no actual instructions. The last one is the biggest for me. You can't use your wall switches. You have to use the remote, which doesn't come with batteries. I have to get switch covers to prevent people from accidentally turning the power off to the fan. Now for what I love. I love the looks of the fan despite the visible silver screws. You can change the fan direction on the remote. No need for a step ladder to move a physical switch on the fan. The last thing I love is it is so quiet. All you hear is the air movement. Sounds like a strong wind. I would buy another one because now I know what to expect. I hope this review helps prepare future buyers so they aren't caught off guard like I was.- I have adjusted this review from three stars to five after Ohniyou reached out to me. Their customer service has gone above and beyond to address my issues and are looking into implementing the suggestions I've made to improve the customer experience. I'm impressed with their customer service.

We bought this fan because our room is always hot on summer time and we need a ceiling light too and this fan is a perfect combination of 2 it is very easy to assemble (I did it in 30 minute all by myself) and the fan has 6 speed which is a big plus . And the fan is very quiet so very please definitely a good product

I will start with: I like the fan, its quite and works well. It’s nothing special but gets the job done.My issues:Installation instructions were terrible. But i have installed fans before so it was fine, but they definitely need work.Function: there are zero instructions on thr fan remote- not that it’s completely unclear what each button is for, but the fan beeps every time you turn it on and off. No support info saying if this can be shut off. Also, most annoyingly, the fan light does have multiple color warmth settings, but it just cycles throught each light color EVERY time the fan lights is powerer on or off. Which is ridiculous. The support did notnprovide any clarity on this either, but it is a terrible feature and i would have 100% returned it had it not already been installed.
