Q: are these earrings hinged?

Yes i thought they were the infinity hoops when i ordered them but they are not.

Q: Is there a special. Way to open and close them? I can hardly open them and cannot close them when I have them on

I use a lighted mirror that stands on top of my vanity. Both purchased on Amazon. First hold the earring with your thumb and index finger, using both hands then gently pull out the wire that goes in your earlobe. Once opened put inside the hole in your earlobe then gently put the wire back into the hole to close the earring. Hope this helps!
