There is nothing dangerous about this high chair....so I would say as soon as you child is old enough to play with dolls they could use it.

Thank you for your question. This high chair was designed for dolls up to 18 inches. Depending on the type of doll (soft body, bendable legs), larger or smaller dolls may fit in the chair. The inside Seat width, depth (from seat back to inside edge of tray) and height (to top of seat back): 8 inches W x 7.5 inches D x 8.75 inches H. Q: How is the fabric attached? Can it be removed completely?

Loved it, one suggestion

We love the look of this highchair and the size for our three year old. Works well with most baby dolls. We wish it had a strap for babies that are stiffer and don’t sit as easily. Our daughter loves the bitty baby and she doesn’t sit in it nicely. She slides out if the bottom if she’s not propped a certain way. However, our daughter doesn’t seem to mind.

the kids loved playing with this. highchair table is movable but did break quickly from being able to fli all the way backwards. easily fixed with glue and still works fine.
