As many have noted, this pad has its limitations, as do all. For me, the softness and extra width/length plus reasonable price have made up for those negatives. I always add a booster pad, with this one for overflow (pardon the attempt at humor).Works for me and I feel confidant with the stack.

I just started using them. They were not as good as the namebrand have been getting for years.Very bulky doesn’t stick to your underwear. I also started having a rash, but it was on my stomach and chest area and down towardGenital area I have quit using these in my itching seems to be a lot better. The rash itself is very light, but mainly it was a lot of itching. I see that one person here had some rash problems too won’t ever get these again.

The small strip of adhesive does not hold well at all and these are somewhat on the small side in length, an inch or 2 more would fix that, in both cases. Don't think I will buy these again unless those issues are fixed.

I bought these pads for my very elderly dog, who has started peeing a lot more often due to his age. I put them inside cloth diapers for him to add absorbency. They are great. They feel like cloth, and are not super thick. But they can hold a LOT of liquid, and they draw it away from the skin’s surface. Obviously I haven’t worn them myself, but they seem like they are comfortable. I also like the fact that they don’t have tons of packaging. But there is just one narrow sticky strip for adhesion, so that may be a concern for some people. Anyway, I do think this is a great product in terms of absorbency.

These Wise pads are thin to thin and do not hold waste as they should waste of money unless you leak lightly also the sticky back does not stick well. Very disappointed.

They are kind of big but not in a good way and they don’t stick to good. They do absorb moisture good.

I never thought I would publicly review a product such as this, but most women over 70 need to use these. I'd been buying generic Poise, #4, at Walgreens, and I decided to try to find comparable ones on Amazon. These turned out to be far better.Reasons why I gave 5 stars:1. Easy to find on Amazon. I added "size 4" to the search box, and these came up. How nice that their packages are labeled with size numbers! I knew I was getting exactly what I wanted, and at a much lower price Amazing, to get two packages of 26 for what I paid!2. Comfortable. Intelligently designed, shaped exactly for the purpose.3. They ship quickly, neatly packed in a lightweight box4. One, thin strip of adhesive--so discreet. No excess wrapping, so you're not throwing away so much stuff. That's better for the environment.5. It is just not a big production to use these. To carry sime in your purse, just put some in a ziplock bag. They fold.6. I no longer need to go out to a store to buy this type of product.7. Finally, I'm writing this review as an attempt to de-stigmatize the reality of body changes as we age, including bladder control. I want to help other women find a good product that is economical and does the job. It should be no more embarrassing than buying tampons, and I wasn't embarrassed to buy generic Poise at Walgreens, but I have knee arthritis (the joys of getting older!) and I prefer to shop Amazon.
