I'm hyper-critical when it comes to holsters. When I'm carrying, I don't want to feel it and I want NO printing. OWB, IWB or small of my back, I want to set it and forget it. So comfort is paramount. My past few purchases (different brands) have been disappointing to say the least. As expensive and promising as they were, I would always find a reason to not use it for one or more of the reasons mentioned above.I've always been interested in ankle carrying, but was hesitant. I was concerned with the gun moving around too much or the holster sliding down my leg. After checking out some brands, reviews and price points I decided to "pull the trigger" (no pun intended) on the Houston ankle holster. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!!!! MyJ frame revolver fits nice and snug in the holster and the upper leg brace and lower brace remain firmly in place while wearing. Not to mention the sturdy construction and quality material of this holster.I'm a blue collar worker and am in and out of a truck all day, from worksite to worksite and have NO complaints about this holstering system. Moving forward, I will always consider Houston Gun Holsters when shopping for a new holster. A+++++

Product appears well made. It fit. Now will have to practice with it and become used to it.

Nice fit with velcro retention strap and trigger is completely protected. I normally carry 9mm Shield in a Vedder pocket locker. Having backup in ankle rig gives me faster access to my backup when seated in my car. I won't use this for everyday carry, but its nice to have options.

Decent for ccw for a backup gun or deep concealment however the holster doesn’t cover the trigger guard on my RI M206 snubby. Ymmv.
