As a Luddite I managed
My epilator didn’t work. I bought a new battery and now it does. Ps a small flat head screwdriver worked on the hexbolt.

Changed the battery then the shaver started to smoke , now it’s not working

Not recognised by the charging/cleaning station
Although this initially worked, after the first charge and about a week later, it failed to charge any more after thatAlso having replaced the original manufacturers battery, it is no longer possible to use the cleaning station.
