Highly effective product for recovering from regular high intensity sport. My knee has felt less achy after sessions and match days and feeling a lot more freely moveable compared to stiff and restricted like before. Highly recommend this product to people with joint issues or previous ACL injury.

They may work for some people but they had no effect on my arthritus at all
