Q: How is the cutter pressure adjusted? Is it a progam change?

Thank you for contacting me. When I tried to use the cutter, the pressure was too much and I was not able to use the cutter. I bought a Silhouette cutter that is much easier to use and the cutter tips are easier to set. I have not been able to use the US CUTTER. IT says I do not have current software. Q: Is there an upgrade for software? To be Able to curve text?

Yes. This is the very basic Vinylmaster software. You can upgrade directly through Vinylmaster or US Cutter. This basic software can distort images and text, though, allowing you to curve them, but the options are somewhat limited. The Pro version allows for more options for sure.

Q: can you feed a 3mm card stock/rigid materials to draw detail vectors with my own pens using pen holder? NOT for cutting, drawing only.

I am not sure if you can use your own pens but it comes with a pen nib. The space between feed and cutter plotter is not tall enough to accommodate a regular size pen. But the machine is both cutter and plotter. You could probably find just a plotter for vector drawing that might be cheaper if you do not want/need the cutter function.

Q: When people say that you can do "anything" the the program, does that include your own drawings?

This is basic software. You can do a lot of standard things, but I wouldn't recommend it for business use.
