Just what i've been looking for
For years I've been taking my guitar synth rig (GR-33) to gigs which required laying four cables from the foot controller to the amp or PA. I tried wire ties - too sharp and cut my hands. I settled for taping them together with electrical tape every foot or so. I called the bundle the beast. FINALLY, I found this product. I was able to slip all four cables into it - three 1/4" hi-impedance (guitar) cables and one power connector - without taking the ends off. The product expands to 400% its size. It took a few minutes to figure out how to do this easily as the webbing acts like a Chinese finger puzzle. Once the cables were covered, I slipped 3/4" shrink tube over the ends to hold down fraying and shrank them down tight. Even when used carefully, this product DOES fray on the ends once cut. Shrink tube handles this problem perfectly and professionally. I no longer call my little bundle of cables the beast. Highly recommended.

Much Larger than you would expect.
After reading some reviews (people could not fit their cables into the sleeve) I thought it was better to buy the larger techflex 1-1/4 clean cut sleeve to cover my 5 speaker wires (14 gauge each). As it turns out this is way to big. I tried to find something in my kitchen that we all might have and be able to use as a reference. A ketchup bottle was too big but my spice rack had exactly what I was looking for. As you can see this 1-1/4 sleeve expands wide enough to fit a a McCormick spice jar. I could probably fit over a dozen speaker wires through this sleeve and it does not close tighter than 1-1/4 inch... go figure.More bad advice from reviewers, they say cut the sleeve prior to putting it on your cables, don’t do that. I cut the sleeve and now I know I can’t return it. Put it over your cables first, make sure you have the correct size and length before making any cuts. Not only did I just waste $25, because honestly when will I ever need such a wide sleeve. But this sets my home project back until next week when the correct sleeve size shows up.I know this is 100% my mistake but am still hoping Techflex reads my review, and maybe helps offset the cost. I do like the product a lot, but definitely did not need to spend $50 just to hide 2.5 feet of white speaker cable. There should be a better description of this product, and include some pictures showing how it stretches. I really thought 1-1/4 was the max width and I could pull it tighter not the other way around.

Works really well!!
I bought this to protect a wiring loom I put together. It contains 3 mic cables with XLR connectors. This material is a little narrow for my application. I installed it AFTER I assembled my cables. In hindsight, I should have obtained this material before I installed the XLR connectors. But, with a little patience, I was able to work this material over the completed cable, ends and all. It was a chore but I eventually got it. I love that it's tight around the cables.I basically used this in the manner of a product known as "Pedal Python". They have a great product and it's fairly priced.

Brilliant
I had 3 25' 3.5mm to RCA cables that needed to make a long journey from my HTPC to my surround sound amplifier. I hated the idea of each one dangling out by itself, or having to stuff a bunch of cable all over, not my style. So after labeling each end, i took a ~15' length of 1/2" outer diameter PVC pipe, compressed this sleeve and put it around the PVC pipe. This then let me shove all the cables down the pipe, one end after the other. Next all it took was to pull the PVC pipe back out, leaving the braided sleeve exactly where i wanted it to be. Two black zip ties on the ends to keep it there finished it off. This product is cost effective after scouring the internet, this price was the best after shipping (free prime!) is added into the equation. Thanks, Techflex, fantastic stuff here.

Performed as expects, unravels if cut to size.
This does the job but what is disappointing is that if you cut it then it starts to unravel. When I bought it I was holping that it would be the kind that isn’t a complete circle and that closes in on itself. I’ll be in the lookout for that instead of this.

Just what i needed...
This sleeving was perfect for my audio application. I fit two power cords and three XLR cables in it without a problem, you just have to be patient feeding the cables through (read: slow). It is durable and frankly just what you would expect from braided sleeving. With the five cables I mentioned inside of it my overall length was 24 feet.Notes:Fit 2 Extension Cords and 3 XLR cables inside w/ 24' overall lengthSlow/difficult to feed cables through (the connectors on the end are hard to advance through cable).Be careful if you use heatshrink tubing to bind ends; heat gun can melt sleeving.

Great Product!
I've used 1inch and 2 inch Techflix sleeving at work and decided to use it in my house. Once I received the 1/2" sleeving I thought, "There's no way this is going to hold 2 coax cables and 5 speaker wires!" I was wrong! The sleeving opens up and then moves down the cables like a snake eating it's dinner. The process that I thought was going to take forever (if it was even going to work) took about 10mins. Now I have a single black cable running the length of the wall instead of 7 cables. Very clean, very easy to use!
