Very solid fluorocarbon leader - very abrasion resistant!
I have used 20lb and 40lb Seaguar Blue Label line for leader for catfish and 6lb for finesse bass fishing. I will review each independently. The 6lb line was very easy to use. I did get hung up in weeds and even snagged inbetween a few rocks a few times, but was able to get my bait back without having to replace my leader (although I did have to retie above the point that got stuck in the rocks). I had no issues at all with knot strengths with this line. The 20lb and 40lb are much stronger, however as the line is much fatter, it's much harder to cinch down on the knots so you have to be sure to cinch down on them and wet them. I did manage to get my hook caught between some rocks using 40lb line as a leader on 50lb braid, and ended up pulling it out by force. The line broke at the braid and not at the leader, which speaks to the strength of this line. The downside is this line is rather expensive, but it offers great abrasion resistance.

Excellent
I have used 25 lb Seagar Fluorocarbon as leader material with 20,25, and 30 lb main line while fishing for 20 to 30 pound albacore tuna and bluefin tuna and the same set up for reservoir striped bass. I never broke off a single fish and got way more bites while using Seagar Fluorocarbon compared to straight mono. Seagar is fantastic.

50# not easy to tie
Purchased the 50# fluorocarbon test to make my own leaders. I've never had such lousy luck tying knots as with this product. I thought maybe it was my technique so I tried Seaguar's knots. HA! That was even worse. I've never had this problem with thicker monofilaments. I didn't expect this with a top-dollar line. It's getting expensive throwing all this "superior" line away. As for the line itself: I've seen no advantage to it over cheaper, thicker quality line.
