Been using this for my 4year old for several weeks now, he's always been a light sleeper and woke up several times a night. Now he puts some on his shoulders and tummy every night and sleeps right through. He loves the smell and calls it his sleepy cream. Its also nice to apply not greasy at all and lasts a while as you only need to apply sparingly.

Doesn't last long and it's not cheap. Not sure I noticed a massive difference in helping my child sleep to be honest. Desirable smell but not a lot in it for the money. Have bought twice but not sure its something worth buying more of.

Bought this for my daughters restless legs as had read it was meant to work. I was sceptical at first. But it really does work. She's slept better since starting it.

Useful pump mechanism on the bottle, has a pleasant smell and absorbs relatively easily into the skin. It seems to work but it's hard to say how much effect it has as my toddler still has a lot of bad nights despite using this and taking melatonin. I will continue to buy it though!

I really like this cream and it does seem to help relax my daughters ready for bed, however it didn't feel like there was much in the bottle and ran out very quickly, which would make it a little too expensive to keep buying.

This is great can’t say it makes her go to sleep easier but does help relax her abit asks for it at times smells nice

Nice lotion, not sure it makes a massive difference to sleep quality
