This has the potential to be really good, and when it works properly, it is. Unfortunately its Bluetooth connection to my iPhone 16 is very flaky and keeps dropping off. Only way I can find to reconnect is to turn this device off and on. Not ideal when you’re driving!Since I posted first this I have been contacted by the customer service dept who have been very helpful in trying to resolve my issues

I bought this for my motor home. Good quality with very good picture and sound quality. I had a minor problem when installing the unit, but got in touch with the company’s tech support team who were very helpful and went out of their way to assist and fully resolved my problem. Great after care service and a very good unit.

Aweful quality! Good when it works but a shame it never works properly!!!Apple CarPlay only works via USB! Any little bump will disconnect it!The whole system freezes on a regular basis Leaving it completely useless!For the first 10-15 minutes After turning it on The screen is completely completely unable!! Absolutely awful quality!!!

Initially great, super easy install for my campervan. But after 3 weeks, the screen went to a complete white out. After 2 hours of off and on, and then leaving it on the screen eventually recovered it's colours and functionality.But now every time I goto use it each journey I have to wait 40mins till it's usable.So 3 stars.I've messaged but no reply.The unit cost £95 and it's faulty within a month, so come on, help me out here.

Fitted to replace old cassette radio. Instructions rather lacking. Screen removal tabs different to those advertised, trial and error required to work out the difference. Works fine, screen is nice and clear. Initial problem with FM signal remedied with signal booster. Overall value for money

The item is working well - it was difficult to install - it may be more plug and play with some cars but ours wasn't straight forwards so we ended up getting a professional to help us. The item works with wired carplay but not wireless carplay as I had thought however the customer service is excellent and they helped with the problems that we had so for that reason I give 5/5.

Unfortunately i was only able to fit this stereo after my refund window as it is so utterly terrible. Can take up to 5 minutes to boot up as it just lags through its opening sequence. Bluetooth doesn’t show up on any devices so does not work and unit will shut off randomly all the time. Can’t seem to find a way to contact company to get my money back If i don't manage to get a refund the stereo’s best place in in the bin.

The two issues with it are the radio does not work (not a problem I knew that when purchasing) also sometimes (not often) the CarPlay glitches out on Waze. Very minor fixes if phone unplugged and reconnected can’t really complain for the price. Everything else very good. Install easy and worked well so far. Good value for money but yes slightly more buggy than expensive branded ones however that has to be expected for the price
