excellent and filling
great taste and rubbery chewy which is satisfying and filling. Coffee date bite is bitter crispy and dates mixed in it. I liked the cookie flavour better.

Whooping 20gram Protein
I have tried many protein bars but asitis atom protein bar is different from others because of the type of protein they have used i.e concentrate, isolate and hydroisolate.Talking about the texture it has a creamy texture which other protein bars lack and the taste is amazing.Best to supress hunger and fulfilling the protein requirement.

Tastes terrible
This might be the worst protein bar I've ever tasted. Sorry to say this...it tasted like medicine from the beginning. Really sweet but nothing is going to mask that weird chemical taste. Never buying this again and I have no idea what I'm going to do with them... Please change the recipe. It's inedible in this state.
