NO PHONE UNLOCK WITH APP
Firstly I was delighted when the remote lock arrived, high quality finish and overall feels and looks like a very sturdy lock. Comes complete with all fixings and full instructions. On the downside the sellers video clearly shows that the lock can be used in conjunction with a smartphone after scanning a QR CODE and downloading an app. After registering all necessary information and going through the set up process the lock cannot be used by phone or app. Having contacted the seller through Amazon and customer support they have told me that unfortunately the lock isn’t compatible with the app. The main reason for the purchase was to use the unlock facility by phone and not by remote control. All things said the lock and unlock facility works well with the remote control and the lock does seem to be of a well made and strong lock. Seller offered a partial refund so overall apart from the false advertising the lock does work well. Easy to fit and set up. Requires 4 Aa and 1 12v battery for back up power.

no bluetooth
video in advertisment clearly shows that the lock can be operated by phone app, it cannot. Had it for 3 months and its just stopped working. Avoid.

Great Product But Not As Advertised!
I bought and fitted this lock and does work very well, it's very strong however it's should of been more clear that there are different models of this product! There was also no 12v backup battery in the box as listed. The app doesn't work and no Bluetooth or antenna with the one I received.. The lock itself works well and is very secure. Check the model number before buying as discribed product is not very clear at all

No Batteries
This product is useless without batteries. In view of the cost I am extremely surprised none were supplied, not even the backup battery as specified. Solid construction should make it a useful product.
