The patio set is a steal and exceeded our expectations! Like others said, it comes in 5 packages and we received it all at the same time. Assembly was straight forward. Customer service is excellent; we had a missing part and one of the arms had a small defect. The seller was quick to respond and mailed out the parts immediately.Now on to the actual patio set, it is great for the price. It’s comfortable, but it does get really hot under the sun if you don’t have it under a covered patio or have some kind of shade. Due to personal preference, it’s not a set where I’d probably lay and sleep on since it’s on the smaller side compared to the other sets we’ve looked at. However, like mentioned above, it is great for the price since we didn’t want to spend double. It is great for having extra seating especially when entertaining. Again, this is all personal preference.

All 4 boxes arrived on time and no damage. Make sure you open all 4 boxes and find the instructions. Every piece except the 3 person couch was easy to assemble. On the 3 person couch, do not tighten the bolts until you have everyone of them in place. Some holes may night line up if others have been tightened. Learned that the hard way. Cushions are comfortable and well made. They are very lightweight, so make sure, if you have high winds weight them down. Lots of complements so far.

This set was not too hard to put together. There was some parts that didn’t line up correctly, which made it harder to get together. The cushions are thinner than I’d like, and only the foot rests/no back chairs have velcro to hold them on. All in all, it is an okay set.

The media could not be loaded. We are loving our patio set! We have had it for about 4 months now and there have been no issues.When the packages arrived, one of our seats had a side piece that was broken but as soon as we contacted the company about a replacement they had one shipped out immediately. 10/10 Customer service so thats reassuring for someone who is nervous about that. This set is functional, modern, and accommodates a lot of people for the price! No rust yet and we leave ours uncovered in the rain. Would recommend!

Product was delivered in three boxes, one box was damaged and contained bent and broken pieces, one box delivered to the wrong address, no boxes contained any hardware, no boxes contained assembly directions

The quality is very good for the price.

We ordered this and paid $100 for shipping and when it arrived it was missing a piece from the 3 seater. When we contacted the company to send it back they told us we had to pay for the return even though we were returning sure to the missing part. We needed it for an event the following day so we had to go and buy another version from the store.From a quality standpoint it was pretty good, looked nice, the frame is grey instead of black so the photo is a little miss leading. I would also add while it looks nice it’s not overly comfortable as the cushions are thin and the frame of the chairs only comes half way up the cushion so you can feel the bar on your back.

Great set! Sturdy and easy to put together. Cushions and thick and comfortable. Delivery was quick.
