Q: is this elogiable for free exchange ?

Yes, the first size I ordered was wrong and I exchanged for the right size.

Q: It only shows cup size as a choice? How donyou know what band size they are?

Same, I don't have band as an option either. It seems to be a really recent change. I ordered 2 sperate sets a few days ago and it let me put both sizes in then, but I went to order another today and it was changed to just cup sizes. Hopefully they'll correct this soon because I would like to buy the size I want again but I have no idea if they'll fit if I order them now!

Those measurements look like you'd be a 36 B/C. Not all brands do the band increase, but even so, most companies do an inch per cup size increase.

Q: I bought 6 new bras on sept 30th. These two the stitching is already starting to come undone in the center between the cups. Am i able to return
