Excellent all round vitamin and mineral tablet. Although the tablet is on the large size it's easy to swallow and a good price. No aftertaste and contains all essential vitamins and minerals for general health. Just one a day is needed for adults.

Good quality product and great value

Tablets are made of all the vitamins and minerals a person needs, the tablet ae rather big and can be hard to swallow. They smell a bit earthy . This is made good by the fact they are jam packed with al the vitamins and minerals it is advisable to have as a supplement.Very good price and vale for money for what you get

Anything that's sealed, and it was because I heard the air go in as I opened the seal.stinks.dry roasted pea nuts are the worst. But some products have a gas to keep them fresh. Can't say I thought these tablets smelled too bad ( Anything with iron in smells including blood 😕) took the table no problem, no aftertaste or heartburn which I was slightly worried about. Will update review as soon as I feel these kicking in. Still not sure what all the sour milk stuff is about who sniffs tablets?😉open the bottle away from you. Multivitamins have a cabbage smell it's natural it's just a mixture of all the things in it ( and don't buy kelp ( seaweed tablets if you think these stink) .Now updating this review 4 days after original. These do smell Now much worse than when I broke the seal.Like a rancid fart.but they don't taste bad and I can feel them starting to work and I feel much better

This is a repeat order for myself. They are very good value. I've been taking them as have been unwell and at least I know I'm getting the vitamins and minerals I need. I'm sure they've helped me. I have recommended and bought them for a friend as she was going to pay a ridiculously high price for less tablets. They are fairly large, but have a drink handy...no problem swallowing.

I buy a container of 365 every year. And every year the brand I bought from Amazon is no longer available. In the past this hasn't been a problem, but the shape of these tablets is different. They also have a very rough coating. I'm good with tablets - swallowing is rarely a problem, but these are almost impossible to get down. I've tried breaking them in half, but the rough exterior still makes them impossible to swallow. I'm sure the ingredients are fine, hence three stars.

Taste ok. Hopefully, they provide what it says but no way of confirming this - as with any other supplement.

I think they are doing me good, medical smell though.
