WAPANE Dark Gray Concrete Wallpaper 15.7in x 80in, Black Cement Contact Paper 3D Matte Textured, Wall Paper Peel and Stick Self-Adhesive Removable for Living Room Bedroom Bathroom Gym

We wanted a “hearth” for our electric fireplace but didn’t want to get custom-cut slate. I decided to give this peel-and-stick wallpaper a try, laminated to a piece of lauan plywood with back edge cut to fit the shape of the fireplace. I painted the lauan edge a charcoal gray, like slate. This stick-on wallpaper worked like a charm! Just work slowly, only peeling the backing bit by bit as you go, and carefully smoothing with a plastic scraper. This improves adhesion and eliminates bubbles and ripples. After the entire surface is covered, go back over it with the scraper I make sure every square inch is stuck properly in place. Carefully cut the free edge(s) with a very sharp Xacto knife or similar, holding the free paper taut as you cut. IMPORTANT: Do NOT let the paper stick to itself - it is nearly impossible to peel the paper off itself if you get it stuck together. Other than that, this stuff is not bad to work with if you are careful and PATIENT. Unless you touch the surface of my “hearth”, you’d never know it isn’t slate.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful and easy to work with. Very smooth application!!! I use peel and stick wallpaper for everything and this is by far one of the best quality wallpapers I’ve used!!! I bought the largest roll and I still have over half the roll left. I bought the other wallpaper from Amazon as well. It looks great together.

Quality is nice and exactly what we wanted

This is the easiest wallpaper to hang. Once I got it up though I am not sure about the color. It reminds me of the old paneling the put in the trailers in the 70’s. I plan on changing out my trim to barn wood so maybe it will help. I hope

Does it stick

I used this contact paper to cover my old laminate cover bar in my basement. I love how easy it was to cut and install. The text was great to help cover seems without them being noticeable.

I love this wallpaper so much. I mean just look at the picture . It was so easy to install . I messed up on one side and had to remove it to fix it and it was so easy to remove.

Yes this is beautiful, however it isn’t that easy to maneuver. Lots of bubbles, tore easily at the top (it’s a bit flimsy) and when I was readjusting it, completely tore the wallpaper underneath! My wall is ruined.
